Venice Island Paradise

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. From the time we arrived, Sandi was available and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The house was stocked with necessities for the kitchen and bath, and comes with its own laundry. Our favorite spot was the screened lanai. Golden Beach is such a charming area of the island, close to the beach and downtown. It is a neighborhood community with its own private beach access for the residents and their guests. The beach is a five minute walk and is a great place to meet the neighbors for sunset. I highly recommend this villa. Duane Zobrist

Excellent 2br/2ba upgraded property. Walk to the beach to see the sunsets over the gulf. Comfortable and quiet. Nice neighborhood. Well equipped eat in kitchen with full size refrigerator and dish washer, range/oven and microwave. Close to downtown Venice and private Golden Beach. Sandi was a great host! All good!

This place is fantastic! Updated and very comfortable and clean. It has a fenced back yard that is great for the dog to roam about and run without worrying about her getting loose. There is a BBQ outside with a comfortable patio deck to enjoy. It’s nice to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and has obviously been upgraded. All appliances are clean and work well. Sandi is a super great host! She is welcoming and very attentive to our every needs. The place was ready to live in the moment we arrived with the A/C keeping it comfortable from the start. Sandi lives nearby so is very easy to get if needed. The spaces are well decorated and very comfortable. It had a nice home like feel. Way better than a good hotel! The location is awesome. It’s in Golden Beach and is just a couple blocks away from the private beach access. A great place to enjoy a sunset in the evening or a day at the private beach. I highly recommend this nice property with all it has to offer.

For finding Sandi's home in Venice as a last minute find due to Hurricane Ian devastating our spot in Bonita it was absolutely wonderful!! So wonderful and such a nice neighborhood that we hope to come back to Golden Beach and Venice for years to come. The home was absolutely perfect!! Thanks for a wonderful winter!

Great place to have a break! Very close to a beautiful beach and to downtown Venice! You will found all that is needed to enjoy your time. Sandy is very easy to comunicate with. House is very clean and highly recommended!
